Complete ringspinining plant of 37,4000 spindles for the production of NE 14 - NE 40 of cotton, polyester, viscose and mix.
Average production on NE 24 is 17,000 kgs / day. For finest production of NE 40 production is 9000 kgs / day.

Rieter drawing section
-05 x SB-D15 drawframes - yoc : 2003, ingoing 8 slivers and exit in one sliver, exit in 900 x 1070 mm can with automatic can-changing, 4 over 3 pneumatic loaded drafting. Speed 750-800m / min.
-02 x RSB-D35 drawframes -yoc : 2003 , ingoing 8 slivers and exit in one sliver, exit in 500 x 1070 can with automatic can-changing, 4 over 3 pneumatic loaded drafting. With RQM sliver monitor. Speed : 750-800 m /min.
-03 x RSB-951 drawframes -yoc : 1998, ingoing 8 slivers and exit in one sliver, exit in 500 x 1070 mm can with automatic can-changing, 3 over 3 pring loaded drafting. With Sliver Plus monitoring. Speed 650 m / min.
Rieter combing section
-Rieter E2/4a sliver lap - yoc : 1988, ingoing 24 slivers, exit in one can 600 x 1200 mm with automatic can-changing, exit in 250 mm lap width.
-Rieter E4/1a ribbon lap - yoc : 1988, exit in 300 mm lap width.
-05 x Rieter E7/5 combers - yoc : 1988 , 8 combing heads each, Graf Unicomb combs, 300 nips / min, 3 over 5 pneumatic drafting, exit in one can 600 x 1200 mm.

Schlafhorst winding section
-08 x Schlafhorst 338 RM winders - yoc : 1997 (2 m/cs) 1998 (1 m/c) 1999 (1 m/c) 2001 (1 m/c) 2002 (1 m/c) and 2004 (2 m/cs), all with 60 positions each, magazine feeding, Lopfe TK 840i yarnclearer, Z Twist splicer, Informator and Yarn Master, 4 machines with waxing and 4 machines without waxing, conicity 4deg20, traverse 150 mm, package weight 3 kg, max dia of full cone 300 mm. All machines with Luwa overhead cleaners.

Both with Loepfe FR600 clearers, no waxing, dierect splicer -1 per 10 positions , manual doffing and manual feeding with 5 bobbin magazine.

-04 x Volkmann VTS-07 two-for-one twisters- yoc : 1986, 132 positions each for coarse to medium counts, with balloon limiter, feed package length 170 mm, conicity 4deg20, take-up 170 mm, take-up dia 43-47 mm (ID x OD).
-05 x Murata 363 two-for-one twisters- yoc : 1992, 120 positions each, feed package length 150 mm, conicity 4deg20, take-up 150 mm, take-up dia 43 x 47 mm (ID x OD).
-02 x Hirschburger SE 150 DW assembly winders -yoc : 1989, 48 positions each, complete for 2-ply winding but could be upgraded to 3-ply. Cylindrical package with ID 54 mm and length of 170 mm, traverse of 150mm, delivery package -take-up to 200mm dia, feed package upto 2.5 kgs.
-02 x SSm CW- 1D assembly winders -yoc : 2001/2002 , 100 positions each, 2-ply. Cylindrical package, take-up 150 mm, speed 1000 m/ min mechanically, supply package max dia 300 mm. One Sohler overhead cleaner for 2 assembly winders.

-Utilities such as chillers for evaporators,condensers for chillers, compressors and complete AC and wate-collection of course included in plant.

This plant is for sale only as a unit with one exception ; it ist possible to buy the combing section only including sliver lap, ribbon lap and 5 combers.
